I have entered the East African Safari Classic Rally four times in 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017.
Greatest event was the Top Fry Rally and the Classic rallies, it’s an endurance event and a test for the drivers, navigators and machines.
I would like to rally in Bulgaria and Morocco.
I have rallied in Kenya and Tanzania.
Best result was 6th in the Mini Classic and 16th in the East African Safari Classic Rally.

The Safari Rally means drive the way you want the way you don’t drive on normal roads.
Africa is the only place to rally in the wild.
I have driven a Subaru Legacy and a Ford Mk2.
My favourite is the Ford Mark 2, its strong and reliable.
Some of my experiences were when we rolled in Tanzania and then hit a zebra on the second last stage to the finish.

Have entered the East African Safari Classic Rally in 2017 as a competitor however I’ve been involved since the first edition in 2003. I served as many roles as a marshal/volunteer, controller and even team manager.
Greatest event is any rally with the title “SAFARI”.
Would like to rally in Wales, Finland, Rwanda, UAE and of course the DAKAR.
I have rallied in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania National Championships.
Best results were 6th Overall in the Classic Rally, 5th Overall in the Kenya National and 2nd Overall in the Tanzania National.

The Safari Rally is a long endurance journey, either success and failure but always enjoyable and a great experience. The Safari Rally is part of the great Kenyan Heritage and History.
Africa is my homeland “Nyumbani”.
I have driven in a Ford Escort MK2, Subaru Legacy and Impreza Gc8, N10, N12b, VAB, GVB, Mitsubishi Evo’s 9 & 10, X R4, Skoda Proto, Toyota Levin, Toyota Hilux Pickup.
Every car I have navigated in has been special and unique in its own way, however my favourite Classic Car is the Ford Escort MK2 and Modern rally car is the Mitsubishi Evo X R4.
Loads of fun experiences, been rallying for a decade now I can publish a book ;-)
